Definitions
- “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our” refers to Wild Atlantic Wildlife Park trading as Fiain Experiences.
- “Visitor” or “Customer” refers to any person booking or attending an experience or visiting the park.
Bookings
Bookings may be made:
- Online through our website
- By phone or email
- In person at the park
A booking is confirmed once payment or deposit has been received. All bookings are subject to availability.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, however confirmed bookings will not be affected.
Deposits
Certain experiences require a deposit to secure the booking. Failure to pay the deposit or balance within the required timeframe may result in the booking being cancelled.
Visitor Responsibilities
Visitors agree to:
- Follow all instructions from staff
- Respect animal welfare guidelines
- Supervise children at all times
- Avoid feeding animals unless instructed by staff
- Remain within designated visitor areas
Failure to follow safety instructions may result in removal from the premises without refund.
Children
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Certain experiences may have age or height restrictions for safety reasons.
Animal Welfare
Animal welfare is our highest priority. Fiain Experiences reserves the right to:
- Modify or cancel animal interactions
- Replace advertised animals in demonstrations
- Restrict access to animals where necessary
These changes may occur without notice.
Health and Safety
Visitors enter the park and participate in experiences at their own risk. We take reasonable precautions to ensure safety, however risks associated with animals, outdoor terrain, and rural environments may be present. Visitors must wear appropriate clothing and footwear.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded under Irish law. To the extent permitted by law, Fiain Experiences shall not be liable for:
- Personal injury resulting from failure to follow instructions
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
- Delays or interruptions outside our control
Photography and Media
Visitors may take photographs for personal use.
By attending the park, visitors acknowledge that photography or video may occur for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in promotional material, please notify staff.
Website Information
While we aim to keep our website accurate and up to date, descriptions of experiences may change due to operational or animal welfare considerations.

Governing Law
